Four areas of work, one logic

I don’t have four jobs. I have one: getting projects over the line when several parties are involved. Depending on the assignment, that takes the shape of strategic advice, a website to build, a partnership to negotiate or an entire project to run. Often all four at once.

How I work Always in three steps:

  • Understand the context, the people involved and the real constraints.
  • Frame the objective, the scope, the resources and the timeline.
  • Run the delivery: do the actual work. I stay until it ships. I don’t just hand over a report.
